Return Process

  Ensure the product is unused, unopened, and the factory seal is intact to qualify for a return under our strict hygiene guidelines.

  Contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the discrete return shipping address.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in a plain, unmarked shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside to ensure efficient processing.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item and confirms the seal is unbroken, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
